Officer/Executive - Northern Region - Responsible for Customer Service, Security & Ramp Operations
Job Overview:
Aspiring candidates will be selected for an interview based on their registration and resume screening.
Location:
The position is available in various locations across the Northern Region, including Lucknow, Srinagar, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Jammu, Dehradun, Gwalior, and Pantnagar.
During the interview, candidates must provide the following mandatory documents, both in original and photocopy:
1. CV
2.PAN Card
3.Aadhaar Card (with address)
4.Passport (with address)
5. Educational Documents including 10th, 12th, Graduation Mark Sheet, Certificate, and any additional qualifications.
6.Experience Letter and Salary Details (for experienced candidates).
Eligibility Requirements:
1.Educational Qualification: The candidate must have graduated from a recognized Board or University, as determined by IndiGo. Candidates who are awaiting results or have exams pending are not eligible.
2. If, at any stage prior to or during employment, it is discovered that the candidate's qualifications are not from a recognized Board or University as determined by IndiGo, the candidate's employment offer or employment may be withdrawn or terminated.
3.Desired Skills: The candidate should possess good communication skills, customer service aptitude, be open to working in rotational shifts, and be able to work under pressure.
4.Airport operations experience is preferred.
5.No visible tattoo marks or body art are allowed.
6.Interviewed candidates may reapply after 6 months.
Requirements:
A. Mandatory Requirements:
a) Customer Service - The candidate must possess good communication skills and a pleasing personality.
b) Ramp - The candidate must be adaptable to all weather conditions and be willing to work at either the terminal or apron.
c) Security - The candidate must be adaptable to all weather conditions and be willing to work at either the terminal or apron.
B. Preferred Requirements:
a) Customer Service - The candidate should be well-versed in customer service skills.
b) Ramp - The candidate should hold a Load & Trim License and have a 12th Science background.
c) Security - The candidate should have a BASIC AVSEC, Screener, or NCC background.
