We are pleased to inform you that the deadline for submitting your examination forms has been extended until 8th June 2023. However, please note that a late fee of Rs. 300/- will be applicable. In this article, we will provide you with the necessary details and instructions to ensure a smooth submission process. 

Instructions for Online Submission:

1. Payment Options:

To complete the online submission process, candidates are required to deposit the examination fee online. You can make the payment through debit card, credit card, Rupay, or UPI. The best part is that these payment methods do not incur any additional charges, making it a convenient and cost-effective option.

2. Retaining the Hard Copy:

It is essential for all students to retain a hard copy of their examination forms. You are not required to submit the hard copy of the forms anywhere. By keeping a physical copy, you will have a record of your submission and can refer to it if needed in the future. Make sure to store it securely for your reference.

3. Reporting Discrepancies:

In the unlikely event of any discrepancies or issues during the online submission process, please follow the steps below:

   a. Send an email to explaining the problem you encountered. Include relevant details such as your name, roll number, and a description of the issue. The concerned authorities will address your concern and provide assistance accordingly.

   b. Alternatively, you can also reach out to the IT Helpdesk at the Examination Wing. The helpdesk staff will guide you through any technical difficulties or other problems you may encounter.
