JKBOSE Important Notification For Higher Secondary Part 1 (Class 11th) @jkbose.nic.in - JKSA

JKBOSE has issued an important notification for (Class 11th) students regarding the submission of offline Permission Cum Examination Forms for the Annual (Private)/Bi-annual 2023 session. Fresh Private candidates, reappear/failure candidates of previous sessions, and those seeking subject change, additional subjects, improvement of performance, etc., are eligible to apply.

Candidates who passed their class 10th examination in Bi-Annual 2022 (Supplementary examination) are not eligible to apply for the fresh private category in the Class 11th Session Annual (Private)/Bi-annual 2023 examination. Heads of affiliated institutions should follow the guidelines for submission and ensure proper documentation, including photographs and contact details of the candidates. The fee can be deposited at designated branches of J&K Bank Ltd using a “Bank slip.” The last date for submission is specified, with provisions for consideration in case of holidays.

Eligibility:

1. All Fresh Private candidates who are otherwise eligible.
2. Re appear/Failure and other eligible candidates of all previous sessions.
3. Subject Change/Additional /English only/Completion category/improvement of performance candidates etc.
4. Fresh Eligibility cases as per procedure/norms and applicable fee u/r.

Note : Candidates who have qualified/passed their class 10th examination in Bi-Annual 2022 ([Supplementary examination) are not eligible to appear In next higher examination under fresh private category in class 11th Session Annual (private)/Bi-annual 2023 examination.

Instruction And Guidelines For Heads Of Affiliated Institutions

1. Rs,10/- (Rupees Ten) only per candidate in addition to the requisite fee are chargeable by the Institution concerned.
2. Rs.20/-(Rupees Twenty) only be charged as cost of Admission-cum- Examination forms per candidate.
3. Disabled candidates, having disability of 40 % (Forty) percent or more, are exempted from paying the examination fee.
4. In case the last date falls on holiday/Bank holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the last date for submission of Examination forms at Divisional/Sub/Branch offices of the Board.
5. No proxy or any fake attestation is executed from their Institutions and shall keep information regarding the candidates appearing through their respective Schools by reference of the school sent-up readily available.
6. Registered particulars of five (05) candidates only on each side of the enrolment sheet.
7. Cell number of each candidate shall be necessarily recorded on the enrolment sheet.
8. Affix latest digital coloured photograph of each candidate against his/her particulars on the statement of enrolment duly signed and stamped, as well as on the sent-up list which remains with the Institution for record and reference.
9. To deposit the prescribed fee, of their eligible candidates in the designated Branches of the J&K Bank Ltd in the shape of “Bank slip” to be obtained from the concerned Divisional/Sub/Branch offices of the BOSE.

Submit the permission Cum-Examination Forms and statement of enrolment/Renewal Registration Return sent-up wherever applicable, complete in all respects and duly filled in on the prescribed formats along-with forwarding letter in the concerned Divisional/Sub/Branch office of the BOSE.
